I hope you are well and not going too insane from being (mostly) housebound right now. 
Teaching Fox preschool has been… enlightening. Luckily each day is getting better. But man! I could never be a teacher. Thank you to all the teachers reading! I don’t think I can say it enough! 
I’m writing this email because I wanted to share a little something with everyone. A client did her nutrition check in today and said “I’ve really been trying to focus on an attitude of gratitude lately. Picking 3 things that I’m thankful for every morning really helps keep me grounded when everyone else seems to be stressed out.” I thought this was so lovely. 
I challenged her to expand on that and take it a step further: you could reflect on those three things at night again to see how they brought you joy throughout the day. This is just a simple exercise that might help you stay a little saner and a little calmer in the weeks to come. Don’t forget, it’s not all about macros and workouts right now.
