Happy 2020! Is it too late say that? 

I’ve ran into several former members recently and everyone always asks what I’m up to now. I split my time between personal training (out of Rincon Fitness, at my house or at people’s homes) and 1:1 nutrition counseling.  However, for the last two months I have been working my tail off writing a new nutrition program, the 21 Day Kickstart. It’s not quite ready yet, but with the help of a few friends testing it for me, it’s getting there. 

I’m really excited about it and wanted to share the details now. Any feedback is welcome!

Simple lessons to help you get started on the right path of health and wellness. Each day you will receive an email that will focus on one small change you can make or a lesson to expand your knowledge on why different aspects of nutrition are important.

This starter program will teach you the basics on nutrition and how to better understand what it can do for your health. You will be tasked with different daily focuses to help educate you while creating new healthy habits.
