It’s been a while so I thought I’d post my Christmas WOD for all of you. I’ve been sticking to nearly all cardio lately so feel free to sub out as you’d like to add in more weight, but at least this will get you started. 

This goes just like the song. Exercise 1, then 2, 1. Then 3, 2, 1, etc.
