
I’m leaving you with one of my favorite workouts I’ve done in a while. It was not quick and it was mentally tough but at some point I’ll probably do it again. This will be my last workout email. I want to thank everyone who tried one of my workouts and sent me messages over the last few months. The site will remain up if you’d like to go back and look for old workouts (back from the CrossFit/Burn days even).
