I am digging the 1 mile run followed by a WOD. You’ll see another one next week too. I remember i was super tired this day though and the step ups felt a mile high. Then the KB DL took me waaay longer than it should have. I had to split them into a couple sets each time (should read 45# not inches). 

Modifications: 
Run —-> Cardio of choice
Step Ups  —->  Reduce height or do lunges
Abmats —-> Sit ups
KB DL —-> BB DL
Shoulder Taps —-> Light DB Press
