I called this one the 2-2-2 because I that’s what I always get at Jack’s and this one somehow reminded me of that while I was doing it. Maybe I was just hungry though… It’s not hard, just repetitive, but I really enjoyed it. Running intervals are a sneaky way to get some mileage in without realizing it. This was 2 miles with a nice quad and ab burn.

Abmats  —->  Sit Ups or Single Ct. Flutterkicks
