Forcing myself to do burpees once a month on this one. I realize I should do them more but working out in my carport leads to being filthy dirty which is just kind of annoying.
Run—-> Equivalent cardio of choice
Burpees —-> No Push Up Burpees or step in/out burpees or 3x Mt. Climbers
Bench —-> Super Slow Push Ups (5 ct)
