Nothing fancy about this one. Run, abs, snatch. You could exchange the run for any cardio that takes about 4 mins, including jump roping, rowing, ski erg, air bike, burpees (ew). If you’d rather get some leg work in, switch those snatches to be double or single DB hang squat cleans or double DB hang squat snatches (though only do this last one if you’re practiced with the movement). My time is really slow, just so you have a gauge too. I run at a snail’s pace and I had to take an above average amount of rest on the snatches due to my shoulders feeling like they were going to break.
