Similar pattern to a CompTrain one but per usual I changed the movements. Sometimes I don’t like to think so using their format for the day works well for me. Then the movements just come to me. I try not to cherry pick my workouts but I know it happens especially since I have injuries.  

Modifications: 
Romanian DL —-> KB ok
Hang Squat Cleans  —->  Hang Power Cleans or Upright Row
Strict Pull Ups —-> Negative Pull Ups
Cable Tri Ext —-> OH Tricep Ext.
