Don’t forget that we have a beach workout THIS Saturday, October 13th at 9am We’ll meet on Linden Field and you’ll want to bring a yoga mat and/or a large beach towel because the grass will be wet from the dew.

Please RSVP to me ( or text me if you have my #) so I know how many to expect, as it’ll dictate what the workout is and what equipment I’ll need to bring from home. Friends are welcome, but I’ll be doing this workout with everyone vs. leading it as a normal “class.”

Going forward I’ll be looking to do these once a month. If a Sunday works better than a Saturday for you, let me know and I might alternate between the two days each month.
