Great little Metcon today, still a bit challenging on the lunges. Followed up with a fantastic upper and lower body strength circuit. 

Modifications: 
Box Jumps —->  Step Ups
Front Rack Reverse Lunges —-> FR Squats or whichever lunge position feels good
Ab Roll Outs —-> Heavy Slam Balls or Weighted OH Sit Ups
DL —-> Drop the weight if necessary, but it should be close to what you can do unbroken for 7-8
