Hey everyone! Now that I’m back in the groove of things after a two week vacation and getting Fox back in school, I’m finally able to schedule another workout at the beach. It will be Saturday Oct. 13th at 9am. We’ll meet on Linden Field and you’ll want to bring a yoga mat and/or a large beach towel because the grass will be wet.

Please RSVP to me (via email at leah@foxwingfitness.com or by text if you have my #) so I know how many to expect, as it’ll dictate what the workout is and what equipment I’ll need to bring from home. Going forward I’ll be looking to do these once a month. If a Sunday works better than a Saturday for you, let me know and I might alternate between the two days each month.
