This is a longer workout with a good combo of strength and cardio. Those deadlifts are just about the only way I like to do DL because they are easier, but they also help increase strength and explosion from the bottom. The DB squats are held down, not in the front rack position, just hands at sides. I took my time on the last part and really set the weight heavy enough and rested a bit to keep good form.

Modifications: 
DL from 2″ lift —->  Regular DL from the ground
Box Jumps —-> Step Ups
Landmine Row  —-> Bent Over BB Row
Slam Balls —-> Weighted Sit Ups
