Happy Labor Day! I hope you all are enjoying your long weekend! Here’s a longish WOD that’s not too terribly taxing (for those that might have been imbibing for a couple days already, wink wink), but it is still challenging enough because you should be sustaining your pacing. First round will be slower for almost everyone, even if you’re not a snail like me. 

Modifications: 
Ball Slams —->  Weighted Sit Ups
Bench Press —-> Push Ups (just remember it’s still 150 of whichever movement you pick)
Swiss Ball Crunch  —-> Regular Crunch
Wreck Bag Run  —->  Another Farmers Carry Instead or run with a med ball/any weight you have
