Cardio and abs, what could go wrong? Pretty sure this is the one I broke my finger on. But it was operator error. Stupid me put a piece of equipment on top of the lat pull down machine, I went to do cable crunches and it fell off, onto my right index finger. Of course I still finished my workout with blood running down my hand though. Nothing can get in the way of those gainz!

Cable Crunches —-> Weighted Crunches
Sandbag Run —> Weighted Run
