For the step ups, split squats and pistols, numbers were total, not each. Definitely a leg/chest day here, but lots of my favorites of course. 

Modifications: 
DB Step Ups —-> Unweighted step ups
Incline Bench —-> Use a ball if available, if no bench or do flat bench/floor press
BB Split Squats —> Use DBs or do them non elevated, no weight
Pistols —-> Pick your favorite modification or do air squats at a 5-0-5 tempo
Ab Roll Ups —-> Leg Lifts
