I stopped doing 20″ box jumps a while ago, mostly because they were just really easy for me. Apparently I’ve got the hops! However, 30″ gets a little spicy! Fun WOD with lots of benching, which I like of course.

Modifications: 
Box Jumps —-> Step Ups
Abmats —-> Crunches or Sit Ups
Bench —> Decline Push Ups (feet on a bench, hands on the floor)
