Here are a few home workouts you can do if you have some equipment or are traveling and use a hotel gym. Scale up or down as needed. 

Complete 21-15-9 reps of:
Goblet Squats
Overhead Press  (dumbbells or barbell)
Hand Release Push Ups

15 min AMRAP of:
5 Single Arm OH Presses, each side
5 Single Leg Deadlift, each leg
5 DB Front Squats
5 burpees

If you have a stationary bike or treadmill 10 mins of:
:20 sprint – :30 seconds recovery (still moving, just at a slower pace)

Complete For Time:
50 Goblet Lunges
40 Russian Twists, 2 ct
30 Plate Raises (or front raises with a DB)
20 Bent Over Row with DB
10 Pike Push Ups

DB = Dumbbell
