Metcon: Weight should be light today. Snatches should be unbroken (if fresh) as well as wall balls. Focus on breathing.

Warm Up:
:30 of ea: Jumping Jacks, Quad Stretch, Samson, Knuckle Drags, Spidermans, Air Squats, Inch Worms, Single Unders

Then 5 of each w/ a BB: DL, Cleans, Front Squats, Strict Press, Snatch Grip Push Press, Snatches, Back Squats, Good Mornings

Mobility:
1:00 OH Stretch on Wall – 1:00 PVC Pass Throughs – 1:00 PVC OH Squats (slowly) – 1:00 Pigeon, ea – 5:00 Athlete’s Choice

Skill:
1) Snatches

Metcon – 15 min AMRAP:

  • 15 Power Snatches (L1 65/35 RX 75/55)
  • 30 DUs
  • 15 Wallballs (20/14)
