Metcon: Two different CrossFit Girls WODs coming at you today with ample rest time between. Diane should be fast and furious but modified appropriately for 45 reps. Megan is mostly cardio, so pace yourself.

Skill:
1) HSPU- kipping and modifications
2) Deadlifts
3) KBS

Metcon – With a Running Clock – Diane 21-15-9:

  • Deadlift (225/155)
  • HSPU

7 min Rest Then Megan 21-15-9:

  • Burpees
  • KBS (53/35)
  • DUs
