Mobility:
1:00 Front Rack Stretch – 1:00 Couch Stretch, ea – 1:00 Deep Squat Hold – 1:00 Banded Shoulder, ea – 2:00 Chest Opener on Foam Roller

Skill/Strength:
1) Thruster, work up to a heavy single
2) T2B Cycling

Metcon – 8 min AMRAP:

  • 3 Thrusters (L1 75/55 RX 95/65)
  • 3 T2B
  • 6 Thrusters
  • 6 T2B
