Metcon: It’s Jackie backwards! Though this will be a different stimulus than doing it forward of course.

Warm Up:
200m Run – 2:00 X Band Steps – :30 row – :30 Spidermans – :30 row – :30 Samson – :30 row – :30 Push Up to DD- Repeat

Then 5 of each – Good Mornings, Back Squats, Elbow Rotations, Strict Press, Deadlift, Front Squats

Mobility:
1:00 Front Rack Stretch – 1:00 Wrist Stretch – 1:00 Ankle Stretch – 3:00 Pigeon

Skill:
1) Pull Ups
2) Thrusters

Metcon – Eikcaj:

  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 50 Thrusters (45/35)
  • 1000m Row
