Metcon: Minimum rest should be ~:45 so rep modification may be necessary. C&J shoud be able to be done in 1-2 sets each round. Score is slowest round.

Warm Up:
200m Run Then :30 of each: Spidermans, Gorilla Squats, Push ups to Down Dog, Squats

Then 5 of each – Good Mornings, Back Squats, Elbow Rotations, Strict Press, Deadlift, Front Squats

Mobility:
2:00 Couch Stetch, ea – 2:00 Banded Shoulder Distraction, ea – 2:00 Wrist Stretch

Strength:
1) Front Squat, Find a heavy 2

Metcon – 5 Rds on the 4:00:

  • 30 Air Squats
  • 200m Run
  • 7 Clean & Jerks (L1 95/55 RX 115/75)
