Metcon: Break movments you feel less confident about into 2 sets. Especially after the first couple rounds.

Warm Up:
:20 Movements/:20 Jogging Around the Gym
Movements: Walking Quad Stretch, Knee to Chest, Frankensteins, Squats, Crab Walk, Spidermans, Samson, Side Lunges, Cradle Stretch

Then w/ light DBs- 5 of ea: DL, Front Squats, Presses, Reverse Lunges (ea), Presses, Fr. Sq, DL

1:00 Child’s Pose – 1:00 Front Rack Stretch – 3:00 Chest Opener

1) The Kip – Pull Ups and HSPU
2) DB Hang Squat Cleans

Metcon – 20 min AMRAP:

  • 7 Pull Ups
  • 7 HSPU
  • 7 DB Hang Squat Cleans (L1 25/15s RX 35s/25s)
