Metcon: Pick weights you can do in 1-2 sets each round, Wall balls should be done in 1-4 sets each round. Approach round 1 like it’s round 2 so you don’t pace incorrectly.

Warm Up:
400m Run then Line Drills
THEN 5 of each: Good Mornings, Back Squats, Elbow Rotations, Snatch Grip Push Press, OH Squats, DL, Front Squats

Mobility:
1:00 OH Stretch on Wall – 1:00 Ankle Stretch, ea – 1:00 PVC Pass Throughs – 1:00 Banded Shoulder Distraction, ea – 1:00 PVC OH Squat

Skill:
1) Snatch

Metcon – 3 For Time:

  • 10 Snatches (L1 95/55 RX 115/75)
  • 20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14)
