Metcon: Weights should be something you can do unbroken every round. Score is total wallballs.

Warm Up:
:60 of each: easy row – samson
:45 of each: medium row – Push Up to DD
:30 of each: fast row – air squats

THEN: 10 of each – Lunges, sit ups, pull ups, burpees

Mobility:
3:00 Chest Opener on Foam Roller – 1:00 Couch Stretch, ea – 1:00 Ankle Stretch, ea – 1:00 Pigeon, ea

Skill (10:00):
1) Row – Don’t waste any chain
2) Jumping Lunges
3) Abmats
4) HR Push Ups

Metcon – 18 min AMRAP:

  • 21/15cal Row
  • 18 Jumping Lunges (total)
  • 15 Abmats
  • 12 Hand Release Push Ups
