Warm Up:
Wall Ball Game

Then 1/2 Tabata Mash
Singles/Gorilla Squats/Kips/Sit Ups

Mobility:
4:00 Athelete’s Choice – 2:00 Calf Stretch, ea – 2:00 Pigeon, ea

Skill:
1) Wall Balls
2) DUs
3) Kipping/C2B Pull Ups

Metcon – Open WOD 12.4 – 12 min AMRAP:

  • 150 Wall Balls (S 14/10 RX 20/14)
  • 90 DUs or 1:30 DU practice (S)
  • 30 MUPs or 30 C2B Pull Ups (S)

Accessory:
Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 5-10
