Metcon: KB weight should be where you can complete 20 unbroken. Make every set unbroken if possible. If not, max break of 10-15 seconds. Use the runs as the recovery period.

Warm Up (20:00):
Farmers & Lumberjacks

THEN Line Drills

Mobility:

1:00 Couch Stretch, ea – 2:00 Pigeon, ea – 1:00 Banded Shoulder, ea – 2:00 Chest Opener on Foam Roller

Skill:
1) KBS – Quads & Glutes, Arcing vs. Straight, Grounded Feet, Starting Position

Metcon – 15 min AMRAP:

  • 100m Run – 2 KBS (L1 45/25 RX 53/35)
  • 100m Run – 4 KBS
  • 100m Run – 6 KBS
  • *Continue to follow the pattern, adding 2 KBS each round
