Metcon: Working higher-skill movements today. If you RX, you should be able to do each movement in 1-2 sets.

Warm Up:
:20 Stretching-Warm Up Movements/:20 Jogging in a circle

Mobility:
1:00 Child’s Pose – 1:00 Pigeon, ea – 1:00 Banded Shoulder Distraction, ea

Skill:
1) C2B Pull Ups
2) Kipping HSPU
3) DB Cleans

Metcon – 20 min AMRAP of:

  • 7 C2B Pull Ups (L1 Pull Ups)
  • 7 HSPU (L1 Pike Push Ups)
  • 7 DB Hang Squat Cleans (L1 30s/20s RX 35s/25s)
