Metcon: Choose a KB weight where you could do at least up to set 18 unbroken. Hips do not have to open at the top of the box jump overs. PACE yourself. This will start quick and you’ll realize only a couple minutes have gone by.

Warm Up:
Plank Tap Race
Then 200m Run followed by line drills.

Mobility:
1:00 OH Stretch on Wall – :30 KB Ankle Stretch, each

Strength: Circuit of 4x :30 on :30 off
1) Weighted Split Squat
2) Banded Push Ups (or No band)
3) Plank Hold
4) Banded Tricep Extension

Skill: (10:00)
1) KBS – OH Position/Heels-Flat Feet/No Squat
2) Box Jump Overs

WOD – 18 min AMRAP:

  • 3 KBS (L1 45/30 RX 53/35)
  • 3 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 200m Run
  • 6 KBS
  • 6 Box Jump Overs
  • 200m Run
  • Climb by 3 until cap
