WOD – 30 min EMOM:

  • Min 1-10: That many Squat Cleans on the minute (95/65)
  • Min 11-20: Starts with 1 Strict Pull ups on the minute, add one each minute
  • Min 21-30: 10 KBS EMOM
  • Min 31-35: 10 Push Ups EMOM
