Metcon: CrossFit Open WOD 16.1, modified to DBs instead of OH BB Walking lunges. Step in and out on burpees to keep breath constant if needed.

Mobility:
2:00 Shoulder Distraction (ea) – 2:00 Lunge Hold (ea) 2:00 Pigeon (ea) – 2:00 Chest on Foam Roller – 5:00 Athlete’s Choice

Warm Up:
Circle of Trust

WOD – 20 min AMRAP – 16.1 (modified w/ DBs):

  • 25-ft. overhead DB walking lunge
  • 8 burpees
  • 25-ft. overhead DB walking lunge
  • 8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
  • Men lunge 35lb DBs
    Women lunge 25lb DBs
  • Scaled:
    • 25-ft. front rack db lunge (25/15)
    • 8 burpees
    • 25-ft front rack db lunge
    • jumping pull-ups
