Strength: Take 1-2 sets to warm up to working weight. Weight on sets can be increasing or constant. Metcon: Partner completes one full round before switching. Weight on the DL should be moderate to go unbroken each round

Warm Up:
100m Run – :30 Inchworms
100m Run – :30 Iron Crosses
100m Run – :30 Spidermans
100m Run – :30 Scorpions

Then 5 of each w/ a BB:
Good Mornings – Bk Sq – Strict Press – Stiff Legged DL – Fr Sq

Skill:
PVC Hinge Drill

Strength:
1) Deadlift, 5×3

WOD – 18 min AMRAP – Teams of 2:

  • 7 Deadlifts (L1 185/125 RX 225/155)
  • 100m Run
  • 7 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • **Partners complete full round then switch
