Metcon: Our dear Madison is leaving us and moving back to Nipomo. At her request (lol) we are doing a WOD she was unable to complete due to the fires. We’ll miss you!!

Warm Up:
10 of ea: Burpees, Single Leg DL each (no weight), Pull Ups, Sit ups, Push Ups to Down Dog, Gorilla Squats

Then 5 of each

Mobility:
2:00 Calves on Wall – 1:00 Lat Stretch on Rig (ea)

Skill (15:00):
1) DUs
2) Goat Work

WOD – For Time**:

  • 800m Run
  • 100 DUs
  • 800m Weighted Run (45/25-plate, KB or DB)
  • 100 DUs
  • 800m Run

**This is a repeat WOD from 12/5/17, the day the smoke invaded Carp and afternoon classes were canceled. If you prefer not to do this WOD, a modified version will be on the board.
