Metcon: For the Farmer’s Carry, set the weight where you could do 100m without dropping. Alternate as your group sees fit.

Warm Up:
Easy 200m Run – 1 min each: Spidermans – Pigeon (:30 ea)
Medium 200m Run -1 min each: Samson – Ankle Stretch (:30 ea)
Fast 200 Run – 1 min each: Air Squats – OH Stretch on the Wall

Mobility:
5:00 Athlete’s Choice

Skill:
1) Wall Balls
2) Farmer Carries – Try out the weight you’ll use in WOD

WOD – Teams of 3 – 21 min AMRAP:

  • 200m Farmer Carry (70s/53s)
  • 800m Team Run
  • 200m Farmer Carry
  • 75 Wall Balls
