Metcon: Grip intensive. Keep DL unbroken. Come out fasat without feeling rushed. Transition to 1RM quickly to get 3-4 attempts in. Close to 1RM should have been warmed up already.

Warm Up:
200m Run Then Circle Warm Up with Barbells

Mobility:
10 Kicks on Rig (For/Back and Side-to-Side) ea leg, 10 Reverse Pass Throughs, 1:00 Shoulder Distraction, ea side, 10 PVC Around the Worlds

Then: BB Burgener Warm Up

Skill:
1) Kipping/Cycling T2B Practice
2) Snatches/Cycling at light(er) weight
3) Clean & Jerk Practice/Warm Up Close to 1RM

WOD – Open WOD 15.1:

  • 9 min AMRAP
  • 15 T2B
  • 10 Deadlifts (115/75)
  • 5 Snatches
  • THEN RIGHT INTO A 6 min TIME CAP:
  • 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk
