Metcon: Weight on Cleans should be where you can do them in 1-3 sets. This WOD is grip intensive, so break early.

Warm Up:
400m Run then 10 of each: DL, HPC, Front Squats, Strict Press, Back Squat, Snatches, Good Mornings, Elbow Rotations

Mobility:
OH Stretch on Wall 1:00, Wrist Stretch 1:00

Skill Work: 
1) DUs
2) Kipping/Butterfly Practice
3) Cleans

WOD – 15 min AMRAP:

  • 30 DUs
  • 15 Power Cleans (L1 95/65 RX 115/80)
  • 30 DUs
  • 15 Pull Ups
