Metcon: Transition matters with so many movements/sets, so move smoothly and efficiently during that time. Don’t come out too hot!

Warm Up (10 mins):
400m Run then Line Drills

Mobility:
:30 DB Ankle Stretch ea – 1:00 Lizard Pose ea – :30 Deep Squat Hold –  2:00 Athlete’s Choice

Skill (15:00):
1) Squat Therapy!
2) DB Snatch Work

WOD – 5RFT:

  • 21 Air Squats
  • 200m Run
  • 9 Alt. DB Snatches (L1 35/25 RX 50/35)

Accessory:
3×20 ea Dead Bugs
3×20 ea Reverse Crunches
