Warm Up (10:00):
200m Run then line drills

Mobility (5:00)
Couch Stretch 2:00/leg, Down Dog Holds/Feet Pedals for 1-2 mins 

Strength (15:00)
1) Deadlift, Build to a heavy 5 

METCON- For Time:

  • 50 Abmats – 200m Run – 100m Weighted Run
  • 40 Abmats – 200m Run – 100m Weighted Run
  • 30 Abmats – 200m Run – 100m Weighted Run 
  • 20 Abmats – 200m Run – 100m Weighted Run 
  • 10 Abmats – 200m Run – 100m Weighted Run
