CrossFit WOD for Monday 12-18-2017

All classes will do this workout but the evening classes will do it from 5-7pm on a running clock, so come anytime after 5pm! Potluck part of the party starts at 7pm. White Elephant around 7:30pm. Burn and the 12p class will resume on Wednesday. 

Performed like the song 12 Days of Christmas. Day 1, Then Da/y 2 and Day 1, Then Day 3, 2, 1 etc.

  • 1 Turkish Get Up (alt. arms ea round)
  • 2 HSPU or Wall Walks
  • 3 Ring Dips
  • 4 Pistols
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 6 Burpees
  • 7 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 8 T2B
  • 9 KBS (53/35)
  • 10 Weighted Lunges, ea leg (25#/15# in ea hand)
  • 11 Box Jumps
  • 12 Pull Ups
