Hello Friends!

It seems like forever since I’ve made an official blog post on here since I haven’t been posting a workout lately. I don’t know about you, but I’m sure ready to get back to normal (especially because they haven’t lifted the evac on my house yet)! For the rest of the week-Friday and Saturday- we will continue with a limited schedule.

Friday: 5:30am and 8:30am and 3:30pm and 4:30pm Open Gym
Saturday: 9:30am CrossFit only 

Next week, we will resume our regular schedule, though it may have considerably reduced cardio with the exception of Monday. Burn will be conducted indoors only (no Burn Monday). All doors will remain closed until the air improves.

It’s on! With all of this chaos, I hope that you’ll all want to celebrate the holidays still with your CrossFit family on Monday night. We’ll have a running clock so you can perform the workout anytime after 4:30pm until 7pm (final finish time). Please feel free to workout early and go home to shower/clean up before the festivities. At 7pm we’ll have a potluck meal followed by a White Elephant Exchange. If you’d like to participate in the White Elephant, please bring a WRAPPED item costing no more than $10. If you are unfamiliar with the rules, please see them here.

Please email Leah, comment on the FB post or IG post on what you will be bringing for the potluck so we don’t have too many duplicates.
