December Challenge: The 12 Days of WODMas, here’s the first 6 days…

Monday Dec. 4th: 100 Burpees
Tuesday Dec. 5th: 100 Push Ups
Wednesday Dec. 6th: 100 Sit Ups
Thursday Dec. 7th: 1 Mile Run
Friday Dec. 8th: 100 Lunges
Saturday Dec. 9th: 100 Squats

For every day you complete the movement, you get an entry into the prize raffle for an hour and a half massage! For every day you come to the box, you get another entry. If you come 8+ times until Dec. 18th you get another entry. Movements can be done anywhere, but must be done the day it’s listed.
