Metcon: Try to maintain 75-80% of max effort all around. Burpees should not take longer than 40s-scale if necessary. 

Warm Up:
Tabata Mash #1: No Push Up Burpees / High Knees

Tabata Mash #2: Supermans / Hollow Holds

Mobility:
5 mins Athlete’s Choice

METCON- 30 min EMOM:

  • Min 1: 10 Burpees
  • Min 2: 45s Row
  • Min 3: 45s Mt. Climbers
  • Min 4: 45s Handstand Hold or Walk
  • Min 5: 45s Max DUs
