Metcon: Don’t let those burpees in the middle sneak up on you and give you a fright! Split as desired. 

Warm Up:
200m Run Then-

10 min AMRAP with a Partner
5 of each: Power Cleans, Front Squats, Push Press, Burpees, 20 DUs or Singles, adding weight each round *each partner does one full round then switch

5 min Athlete’s Choice then finish warming up Metcon movements
