METCON- Partner w/ a Running Clock :

  • 0-5:00 AMRAP- Burpees
  • 6-11:00 AMRAP – 7 Deadlifts (155/105) & 7 Box Jumps 
  • 12-15:00 AMRAP – Turkish Get Ups (30/20 DB)
  • 16-21:00 7 AMRAP – Power Snatches (75/55) & 7 Push ups
  • 22-27:00 AMRAP – Rowing for Cals
  • For all but Burpees and Rowing, you’ll complete a full round b/4 switching
