Strength/Skill: Work on the progression you’re capable of mantaining. Metcon: Do NOT come out hot. Like all our conditioning pieces, pacing is key. Step in/out on the burpees to keep moving but steady your breath. SHORT breaks on the burpees if needed. 

Warm Up:
400m Run then dynamic

Mobility:
Banded Ankle Mobility + LAX on calves/ankles

Strength/Skill: 10 min EMOM
1) Hollow Hold x Challenging
2) Handstand Hold/Walk or Shoulder taps x 40s

METCON- “Run Forrest” For Time (30 min cap):

  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Burpees
  • 1 mile Run
