Metcon: Hello cardio. Make sure you can sustain your pace. TGU should be slightly heavy.

Warm Up:
PVC Pass-thrus and Burgener then Tabata Mash of DUs/No Push Up Burpees and Supermans/Hollow Holds

Mobility:
Shoulder Mash, Banded Shoulder, Hammies

METCON- 30 min EMOM:

  • Min 1 – 10 Burpees
  • Min 2 – 10 Box Jumps 
  • Min 3 – 12/10 Cal Row
  • Min 4 – 10 Weighted Med Ball Sit Ups (no abmat)
  • Min 5 – 10-30s Handstand Hold
  • Min 6 – 1 TGU each arm
