  • 80 Mt. Climbers
  • 70 Walking Lunges
  • 60 Dancing Crabs (total) 
  • 50 Reverse Crunch Twist (20 ea side)
  • 40 Plank Push Ups
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Frog Jumps 
  • 10 Dive Bombers
