Strength/Skill: Same as last week. We’ll get you doing a T2B yet!  Metcon: Sustain it! KBS should not be super heavy, so no RX+ today.  

Warm Up:
400m Run Then 2x: 10 Inch Worms, 10 Plank Push Ups, 10 Shoulder Taps (ea), 10 Hollow Rocks to Supermans

Mobility:
Lat Stretch with a band and Calves

Strength/Skill- 10 min EMOM: 
Min 1) 20s Kipping or T2B or Kipping Pull Ups
Min 2) 20s L-Sit/Hold/Hang 

METCON- 20 min AMRAP:

  • 400m Run
  • 50 DUs (L1 100 Singles)
  • 25 KBS (L1 45/25 RX 53/35)

100 Walking Lunges and 100 Banded Abs
