  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 20 FR Reverse Lunges (L1 65/35 RX 75/55 +95/65)
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 1k Row/800m Run/100 DUs (athlete’s choice)
  • **One person works at a time, split as desired
